SUMMARY:Republic Day Observance 2026
DESCRIPTION:Kalpataru Trust\, in collaboration with Fatima College\, participated in the Grama Sabha meeting at Thandalai Gram Panchayat\, Madurai\, as part of the Republic Day observance. \nAs a step towards environmental responsibility\, 100 tree saplings were distributed to the community. Awareness messages were also shared\, encouraging residents to avoid plastic usage and adopt reusable cloth bags. \nKalpataru Trust sincerely acknowledges the generous support of Ms. Uma Sha and Ms. Mathavi Shankar\, who contributed 50 tree saplings each for this initiative. \nThe programme reinforced the collective commitment towards protecting nature and promoting a sustainable future.
